so a man walks into a bar

Well, this whole summer has been nothing but irony. With my car soon to be out of commission, our fallback plan is for me to take my dad's car up to school (the sexy red benz) until my car is fixed. Another few miles an hour and my car would have been totalled to some degree. And thus would have ended the illustrious reign of Blue Balls. "BB" for short. I guess she's pissed since I gave her that name. Oh well. The lady at the dealership told me that blue cars are hit the most on the road...emph. on HIT the most. This is the third time I've been rear ended. Sigh.

The lady who hit me was nice enough. She gave me a call this morning to make sure I'm okay and that the car works. We didn't get to the phone in time. I'm now waiting for her insurance to see my car, tell me how much they think it'll cost to repair, then for me to get it repaired, then to send them the bill. And I just got the fucking car washed, too!

In other news, I'm registered to vote in Delaware County, Municipality of Radnor, in the state of PA (via Absentee Ballot).

I'm waiting on two more evaluations. I hate that they aren't done now. I mean, I was sweating bullets to get these things in, and I can't even begin to file DivII until I get them.

I have many errands to run, I think I'm gonna go run them now.

I, Robot is awful. But you simply must see it since there is an equally good amount of good stuff in there, too. Not in substance, but in flash and glitz.

Today I got in a car accident. A lady rear ended me with her station wagon. She wasn't able to drive the car home. No witnesses stopped to see if we were okay. I was driving alone. I was at a complete stand still with my blinker on. She yelled at me for not having my blinker on, which doesn't make any difference, if I'm stopped, you shouldn't rear end me. But I had my blinker on. For the first time in my driving career and accident history, I was in an accident that caused damage that was completely not my fault. It feels somewhat liberating. I felt bad for the woman because she was on her way to pick her kids up from day camp. She got a ticket (I think), her car was ruined, and there's no way she could back out of it. I've been in that situation before, I would press charges if it were criminal or negligent. But she had a decent sense of humor and so do I. I'm just going to ruin her insurance premium like so many others have ruined mine. I pity her, but morals or not, she caused easilly 2,000 dollars worth of damage.

This is the third time I've been rear ended This is the first time it's caused damage. And the number of times I've been "nearly rear-ended" grows exponentially. I think it's time for a new car, this one's trying to kill me.

And scene.

Today I did all kinds of shit I wouldn't bother with under normal circumstances, and nothing fun. I installed three air conditioners, which took 5 hours, replaced toilet paper, and then did nothing, because I have no life. I hope to get out tonight. I do, I do.
