Goodbye, D-land.
I've become frustrated with this site too much. Until further notice, or unless I miraculously change my mind, my journal and life can be found on my livejournal. It's silly keeping two of these. And, when trying to post this, it's jammed and crashes, it doesn't bode well for its future

I encourage, fully, that people make the move to Live Journal. It is a far superior system, with many, many more people on it and actually interactive communities. You get much more with a free membership than here, and you get much, much, much more with a paid membership. You get all the updates with one click, rather than have to go in each and every diary and hope for the best. You get replies and don't need a guestbook. You can have your own template, though, admittedly, it's not nearly as exciting as this. You can use as much HTML as you want or need. You can have an icon of your choosing. You can write as much as you want, and the system lends itself to more frequent, shorter updates than longer ones.

I, frankly, don't see this site holding any more advantages, ever. I will continue checking all of the few people I check on here (Jill--whom I don't understand why is still on here), Bixshortie, and occasionally Walbert, and Katie Young (just so I know what Ericson is up to). The once-in-a-while updates of Shaun, and that crazy boy who eats meat shall also be read.

But, like I said, ya'll need to get with the times.

The address for my livejournal is http://www.livejournal.com/users/nemo85. If you do go, add me to your buddy list, and I'll add back.

Goodbye, D-land.
